Set on a 7,020 square foot lot in the heart of Miami’s Shenandoah neighborhood, the duplex is a study in restrained, contemporary architecture — a pair of three-bedroom townhomes that share a single, sculpted volume.

Each residence is laid out across two stories with a private pool, covered garage, and balcony. The material palette favors durability and timelessness: white stucco, vertical wood louvers, blackened steel, and pale natural stone.
