Meet The Founders

John Murch

Co-Founder

John leads the firm’s investment strategy and capital sourcing — identifying opportunities, underwriting deals, and structuring the financing and partnerships that get projects off the ground. He brings hands-on experience from owning and operating a separate portfolio of long-term rental properties, applying that real-world investment perspective to every Bayit project.

Aaron Vays

Co-Founder

Aaron leads project management and construction execution. He brings hands-on development experience from his time at Dezer Development, with a focus on project management, commercial land preparation, and on-site construction oversight—guiding Bayit’s projects from groundbreaking through delivery.
